How to add secret key ?
- Open your authenticator app.
- Add a new account. Choose Enter setup key or Manual entry.
- Paste the secret key provided. Ensure it is set to Time-based (TOTP).
- Save and enter the generated 6-digit code.
Verify Code
Enter the 6-digit code from your app
Your app shows a 6-digit number for C3. Type it exactly as it appears.
Verify your identity
Enter the 6-digit code to complete your login
Where do I get this code?
Open your authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator or any compatible authenticator app) on your mobile device, and enter the 6-digit code displayed for C3.
Your mobile device time must match the system time
(set automatically) for MFA codes to validate successfully
